Yeahhhh September !

Hey ! Were you getting – just a bit - fed up of holidays ? There’s a buzz to September in Brussels. The season promises to sparkle. Time to get the parents out ! On our side, we’re putting together an extra kidsgazette #23 for you on 12 October. For the moment save the date, 2 November, a Family Day in the centre of Brussels. Who wants to come out and play ?

Fêtes Romanes
The Fêtes Romanes is a Brussels festival of circus and street arts. Twenty-five Belgian and international companies will put on street theatre, performances and contemporary circus acts. From 27/09 to 29/09. Wolubilis & around. More info , here.

Festival of the Comic Strip
From 13th to 15th, the huge festival of the Comic Strip is taking over the Capital for a joyful moment, with lectures, signings, meetings and workshops… And that weekend is also the time to discover some of the most unusual spots in Brussels during the Heritage Days. More info, here.

Young movie buffs
CINEMATEK opens its season for young movie buffs in September. On 22nd, as part of the « witches »cycle, rediscover the classic Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. On 29th, it’s Buster Keaton. More info, here.

Launch of the Season in Ixelles !
On your bikes. Ixelles is celebrating. On Saturday 21 September the Commune invites you to celebrate culture, reading, artists and kids. A really brilliant programme in the Library and the Petite Théâtre Mercelis. More info, here.
